TeneraWare devices feature an integrated nurse call button for both residents, staff and visitors.
This identifies the person in distress, their location and who is responding.
Identity and Location
Nurse Call requests identify the name and location of the person making the request.
Staff Safety
The highest level of notification is achieved when a staff device is pressed, alerting all staff devices in the facility that a staff member requires immediate assistance.
Map View
Map View displays the exact location of the automated notifications, nurse call or staff requests are indicated in red on the console.
Customizable
Notifications can be custom tailored including priority level based on the individual requirements by floor, building or campus.
